Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager (APAC), you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and profitability of our products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overall Product Profitability and Competitiveness:
    • Develop and execute competitiveness plan that addresses value, gaps, and execution strategy.
    • Ensure product profitability is maintained and in line with the target gross profit.
  • Multi-functional and Cross-regional Initiatives for Sustainable Growth:
    • Explore cross-regional commercialization opportunities in collaboration with Planning capability.
    • Conduct economic studies for projects and long-term strategies to drive sustainable growth.
  • Product Marketing:
    • Promote/position Value-Added (VA) products to meet needs and ensure successful adoption.
    • Regularly manage the AP Product Portfolio and align in-service propositions.
    • Define roadmap of What Good Looks Like for route-to-market and execute commercialization tactics in alignment with regional strategies.
  • Sector Marketing:
    • Effectively execute commercial strategies to drive growth in VA products.
    • Understand sector needs and investigate emerging trends to provide actionable insights.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher. Relevant work experience (preferably in product management)
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with numbers.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Preferably has manufacturing/production expertise and commercial/strategic adeptness.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to break down and explain complex concepts, both in written and oral forms.
  • Proficiency in English/Thai.
