About the job Assistant Purchase

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for purchasing of engineering goods and spares.
  • Controlling and monitoring purchasing quotation and order.
  • Accuracy of issuing purchasing order, reports and update price once and any changes.
  • Follow up the status of purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, expedite for back orders and communicate status of order with internal team.
  • Coordinate with related departments for smoothly operation.
  • Provide reports and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Other tasks following managers assignment or company policy.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in related field/relevant experience if qualification doesn't relate directly
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented individual with strong ENGINEERING&ELECTRIC PARTS knowledge:
  • Proficient in analyzing, comparing of costs structure.
  • Literacy of product and process drawing, ISO 19001, FSSC ,HALAL, other system
  • Good interpersonal skill and work well as a team.
  • Creativity and good problem solving , strong negotiation skill.
  • Ignites personal and team motivation through positive energy and a contagious "can-do" attitude.
  • Demonstrated fluency in English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
