The Human Resources Supervisor will oversee and implement key HR functions related to Employer Branding, Talent Requisition, Organization Development (OD), and Employee Engagement. This role is key to drive in developing strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and employee well-being.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies that enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new hires.
- Develop Digitizing recruitment process, recruitment channel
- Effective internal and external communication related to recruitment & separation
- Take lead role in managing Employer Brand/ recruitment marketing: EVP, partnership with universities, colleges (tours, internship), referral program. Initiate CSR activities, build network/connection with external to facilitate or secure future recruitment
- Work closely with department heads to ensure workforce needs are met.
- Oversee and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, aligned with company values and culture and acquires professional skills & knowledge, developing relationships and sense of belonging to company progressively through this process.
- Manage and implement training and development programs that foster employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Design and maintain a knowledge management system to ensure the transfer of essential skills and company knowledge.
- Collaborate with line manager to create and monitor a succession planning framework, ensuring the readiness of future leaders.
- Analyze organizational development needs and propose strategic solutions to enhance company performance.
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular employee surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend actions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Lead initiatives focused on employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion.
- Organize and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- To be a key of HR team to develop employee journey, build employer branding and onboarding program.
- Participate in HR Projects and activities.
- General assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, training, compensation and benefits management from manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
