Position: BUSINESS MANAGER (PETROCHEMICAL PRODUCT)

Salary: 150,000 200,000 Baht/month

Job Description:

Sales:

  • Set and lead the team to achieve sales target (Volume, Profit)
  • Supervise, Support and Coach the team to:
    • Seek for new customers or any new business opportunities
    • Manage sales channel (maximize market coverage, minimize SG&A cost and sales channel conflict)
    • Regularly visit customers to strengthen relationships and update market information.
    • Develop long-term relationships with customers.
    • Handle customer complaints and queries
    • Provide technical support and training to new and existing customers
    • Follow-up for collection of payment
    • Co-ordinate between sales team, customers, operation team, and finance department.
  • Be responsible for purchasing role for major material items.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Business Management:

  • Supervise, Support and Coach the team to:
    • Develop Business Plan
      • Analyze the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
        • Product Trend / Demand Trend / Supply Trend
        • Competitor activities
      • Seek for new business opportunities
        • new market/same product
        • New market/new product
        • New product/same market
      • Conduct SWOT analysis and identify areas for improvement.
      • Develop market strategy (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning).
      • Develop business development/improvement action plan.
      • Identify KPIs for each function/individual related to the business.
    • Manage Business Performance
      • Monitor business situation and manage overall situation to optimize profitability.
      • Keep record and monitor sales and margin to meet target.
      • Monitor business strategies that are properly implemented.
    • Secure Product Supply
      • Manage supply to ensure sufficient supply per sales plan.
      • Seek/develop alternative sources for better security and cost.
    • Manage pricing strategy
      • Price record and trend
      • Able to capture the targeted market in long-term with an optimum profit margin.
      • Conduct Standard Price for key customers
    • Conduct Customer Satisfaction survey / Collect and analyze data according to H&R standard Survey.
    • Lead and implement CRM system (Customer Relation Management) for sales according to HQ policy
    • Conduct Sales Forecast with sales team and provide data to SRA

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or Master in Engineering / Science / Marketing / Business Administration
  • Experience in industrial sales and marketing more than 10 years.
  • Knowledge and experience in selling to tire & rubber or related industries is preferable.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Proactive
  • Good personality
  • Computer literate / MSOffice
