OPERATION DIRECTOR

Job Description:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.

• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of product quality.

• Maximize machine and capacity utilization through better efficient planning management

• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed customer specifications.
  Address and resolve product quality issues promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency.

• Implement lean manufacturing principles.

• Lead and support ISO 9000, ISO13485, TS16949, ISO 14000 and other certification program

• Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve plant performance.

• Maintain a well-discipline and dedicated workforce, always lead by example

• Regularly communicate with senior management, providing updates on production performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure the manufacturing facility complies with all relevant environmental, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 10 years production/quality/engineering management experience in medium manufacturing enterprise.
• At least 8 years Precision Plastic Injection Molding Industry.
• In depth knowledge in process control, production planning and material control management of manufacturing
• Experience in implementing of ISO 14001, ISO 9001, IATF16949.
• Competent in product development management and launching new programs.
• Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication skills and Interpersonal skills
• Able to communication in English
• Ideal candidate will have plastics industry experience in the sectors of automotive, cosmetic packaging, or technology
