Responsibilities

  • Define & implement specific strategies for the achievement of profitable growth
  • Develop and implement a suitable and efficient distribution organization (distributors, own supervisors)
  • Develop national key account targets (short, mid and long term)
  • Lead and support the distributors and local in terms of sales, distribution, and attend negotiation meetings
  • Determine and implement the suitable product assortment and price positioning including regular reviews
  • Lead the team effectively, with the highest integrity and efficiency
  • Develop a sales, distribution and merchandising plan (short-mid and long term) together with local distributors
  • Ensure the successful launch and distribution of agreed regional NPD priorities

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience and Education university degree
  • At least 5 years professional experience (in an FMCG environment) including active leadership of launching a FMCG brand
  • People management experience
  • Good knowledge of trade-structure and sales-force management
  • Knowledge & experience in consumer products marketing mix
  • Understanding of a P&L statement and financial key figures
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of local trade, customers & competitor
  • Leadership qualities & commitment to personal development and talent management
  • Strong communication & ability to manage change and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
