Client Relations Executive

Job Details:

The Client Relations Executive plays a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, driving new business sales income for the Company. 

• Relationship Management: understanding the customer needs to recommend the best insurance products, services, and prices.
• Consultative Selling: Handle inbound inquiries, build interest in the provider and products, and schedule meetings or callbacks for Client Relations Managers.
• Administration: Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Representation: Act as a brand ambassador of the Company, embodying and promoting the company's vision, values, and identity in all interactions.
