Job Descriptions:

  • Schedule meetings with designers or invite designers to visit the showroom 3-5 times per week.
  • Be stationed at the showroom as per the monthly schedule.
  • Hold weekly team meetings to update on work, plan appointments with designers for the upcoming week, and review work details.
  • Prepare proposals (presentations that include images and pricing).
  • Prepare quotations, details, product information, and catalogs for presenting to clients.
  • Provide professional service to clients throughout the entire sales process, including explaining product sales terms and payment conditions.
  • Summarize post-sale details and send related documents to Sales Admin for SAP entry. Update client information in Salesforce with the Manager.
  • Prepare information and documents related to product orders for the Manager to review before creating purchase orders to send to the manufacturer.
  • Monitor the status of product delivery and installation, including ordering additional products to resolve on-site issues.
  • Provide after-sales customer support and relations.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts, Architecture, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in furniture sales, both domestically and internationally, is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the luxury furniture business or experience in a related business.
  • Proficiency in English communication (listening, speaking, writing).
  • Positive attitude towards sales with an optimistic outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiar with computer programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Open to new challenges and able to adapt to changes quickly.
