Position: ASSISTANT HR MANAGER
Salary: 50,000 60,000 Baht/month
Job Description:
- Oversee and responsible for all HR functions
- Prepare payroll & allowance
- Check and update a Time attendance
- Submit the government document, related agency or related work
- Planning, design and manage training course
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Prepare and renew visa & work permit of foreign employees
- Prepare HR reports
- Employee data management
- Provide advice on HR related matters (Labor Laws, Compensation, etc.)
- Coordinate and visit related agency outside for related work
- Coordinate and be the good middle person for employees
- Organize employee relation activities
- Developing of company working culture
- Company rules and regulation restrictiveness
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
- Develop compensation and benefits plan
- Improving evaluation system, salary structure, and implement efficient measures
- Manage and maintain ISO9001 system to be good management
Qualification:
- Male or Female
- Age over 28 years old
- Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resource, Psychology or any related field
- Experienced over 5 years in HR
- Skills in HRD and HRM
- Knowledge of Thai Labor Law
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Experienced in recruitment process
- Hand-on experience with payroll software (Tigersoft program)
- Good command of Business English skill
- Self-motivated, active person, and result-oriented
- Good communication skills, positive attitude and relationship
- Good Service mind and able to work well under pressure
- Passion to learn new things
- Having experience involved in ISO9001
- Having knowledge and experience of Career Path System will be advantages
- Having knowledge and experience of Culture Transformation will be advantages
- Japanese skill will be advantage
