SALES ANALYST / DATA ANALYST

Job descriptions:

• Manage and utilize the companies Sales Force.com data base for the purpose of analyzing and reporting the companies Sales and Service CRM data for the purpose of creating custom reports, engaging in commercial and consumer CRM sales with new and existing customers, and improving customer care and follow-up.
• This position will report directly to the Executive Director, and liaise extensively with the Director of sales and Business Development and the Group Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications:

• Degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• Strong understanding of data analytics, and customer segmentation strategies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Sales Force Sales and Service Cloud
• Experience in developing and executing successful CRM campaigns and initiatives.
• Candidate must be willing to take courses or otherwise learn how to expertly create standard and custom reports within Sales Force Sales Cloud and Sales Force Service Cloud.
