Spare Part Engineer Auxilary Machinery

A Spare part engineer who is responsible for the entire process of providing spare parts for the equipment, knowing that the equipment differs completely from each other, as it includes the company's areas of auxiliary machine equipment, and chiller/cooling heating system.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers, understanding, and determining their requirements for equipment spare parts.
• Prepare and send the required spare part list / catalogs of products, to customer, service engineer, able to recommend customers for proper and effective spare parts.
• Cooperate with sales, sales admins, and project engineers, sharing information and details of ongoing project to prepare recommend spare part for the new equipment to customer.
• Cooperate with service manager / service help desk engineer, sharing issues experienced, actions performed and technical considerations.
• Follow-up with the customer to determine the approval of the recommend spare part quotation.
• Follow-up, dealing with local vendors / suppliers to offer / supply required parts.
• Work to monitor stock levels of spare parts and replenish them whenever necessary.
• Conducting monthly reports related to the department's key performance indicators.
• Visit customer, vendor base on assignment from service manager.

Qualification:

• Thai / 25-35 years old / Male, Female
• BSc in Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering
• At least 3 years working experience in industry business sector (maintenance / spare part handing / sale spare part) or related fields such as Process control, Instrument & Automation system.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• Able to ready engineering drawing
• Good communication and command in English.
• Willing to work at office: onsite (80 %: 20%)
