About the job CRM Manager
Job Descriptions:
- Analyze the customer data, develop the CRM activities to create brand loyalty and stimulate additional purchase.
- To do the database analysis and pull out the customer database to meet the requirement of internal team.
- Generate insights from customer data to propose and develop initiatives/campaigns/activities to engage with customers.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to manage and CRM projects.
- Implementing both long & short-term marketing plans and also sales & marketing programs.
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years working experience in marketing or CRM
- Good communication skill in English for both writing and speaking.
- Result Driven, Ability to manage and priorities own workload, working on own initiative and self-sufficient on day-to-day operation.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce is advantage)
