About the job CRM Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • Analyze the customer data, develop the CRM activities to create brand loyalty and stimulate additional purchase.
  • To do the database analysis and pull out the customer database to meet the requirement of internal team.
  • Generate insights from customer data to propose and develop initiatives/campaigns/activities to engage with customers.
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to manage and CRM projects.
  • Implementing both long & short-term marketing plans and also sales & marketing programs.

Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years working experience in marketing or CRM
  • Good communication skill in English for both writing and speaking.
  • Result Driven, Ability to manage and priorities own workload, working on own initiative and self-sufficient on day-to-day operation.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce is advantage)
