Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Develop long-term relationships with key architects, interior designers, developers, and decision-makers in luxury furniture industry.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with existing and new customers by response to customer inquiries, provide product information, address customer concerns, resolve customer problems to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting develop accurate sales forecasts, monitor sales performance, reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
  • Provides leadership to the sales team.
  • Set duties and assign work to team member for stimulate sales.
  • Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration.
  • Ad hoc as assigned.
  • Have own car and driving license.
  • Good Command in English
