About the job Sales Manager (Luxury Furniture Industry)
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Develop long-term relationships with key architects, interior designers, developers, and decision-makers in luxury furniture industry.
- Build and maintain good relationship with existing and new customers by response to customer inquiries, provide product information, address customer concerns, resolve customer problems to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting develop accurate sales forecasts, monitor sales performance, reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
- Provides leadership to the sales team.
- Set duties and assign work to team member for stimulate sales.
- Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.
- Cross-functional Collaboration.
- Ad hoc as assigned.
- Have own car and driving license.
- Good Command in English
