About the job Product Consultant
Responsibilities:
1. Learn in-depth product information and effectively communicate this knowledge to the sales team for better understanding.
2. Ensure the proper arrangement and completeness of products displayed in the showroom, including product samples.
3. Conduct training sessions to provide knowledge and act as a consultant for both the sales team and customers.
4. Coordinate with international suppliers regarding product listings and product information.
5. Prepare details regarding the import and transportation of products when stock is imported, including items in stock and display products.
6. Assist in managing sales projects for various clients.
7. Collaborate with the marketing department to promote products under your responsibility.
8. Prepare and send quotations to the sales team within the specified time frame.
9. Prepare purchase orders to be sent to international suppliers for manager approval.
10. Communicate and coordinate effectively with relevant departments.
11. Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related fields (English language proficiency will be an advantage).
2. At least 1 years of experience in handling documentation related to furniture, both domestically and internationally.
3. Knowledge and understanding of the Luxury Furniture business, or experience in a related industry.
4. Proficiency in English communication.
5. Highly responsible with excellent emotional control.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle on-the-spot problem-solving.
7. Proficient in computer programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
8. Positive attitude towards sales and a optimistic outlook.
