  • Prepare separate and consolidated financial statements and accompanying disclosures in compliance with IFRS and group financial reporting standards.
  • Compile and submit monthly reporting packs, financial schedules, and supporting analysis to HQ and senior management.
  • Perform monthly forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting, including analysis of variances against budget and prior periods.
  • Monitor and report on rental and lease obligations, ensuring that lease commitments are honored and aligned with contractual timelines.
  • Coordinate with leasing partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth rental tracking, invoice validation, and timely payments.
  • Ensure that cash flow is adequately managed to support lease-related and operational obligations.
  • Deliver meaningful financial insights and planning support.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and implement best practices in consolidation and forecasting.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, and business units to ensure compliance and timely financial reporting.
  • Participate in system enhancement projects and contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis, reporting and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in financial statement consolidation for holding or multi-entity companies.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IFRS or international accounting standards is required.
  • Prior experience working with consulting firms, audit firms is preferred.
  • Experience in lease accounting, with a good understanding of lease commitments, rental contracts, and related accounting.
  • Proven ability in FP&A functions, including monthly reporting, financial forecasting, and cash flow planning.
  • Familiarity with budgeting cycles, variance analysis, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and present actionable insights to management.
  • Skilled in digital tools and financial reporting platforms.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and accounting software.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
