- Manage HRM & HRD, strategies and planning
- Manage the recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer making, and onboarding.
- Monitoring employee database management, reviewing compensation and benefits as well as payroll operation.
- Planning and creating employee relations and communication activities.
- Partner to provide consulting and support in HR management
- Creating, developing and implementing training programs to develop staff.
- Analyzing existing training programs to ensure that they increase staff productivity.
- Administer job evaluation, potential evaluation, and performance management system.
- Controlling all HR activities and company regulations to be in compliance with labor laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any related field, Masters degree is a plus
- At least 5-8 years of HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in employee and labor law
- Good computer skills on MS Office
- Mature and able to work independently, with attend to details
- Commercial and business acumen
- Communication skills / Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong personality
- Good people skills
