  • Manage HRM & HRD, strategies and planning
  • Manage the recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer making, and onboarding.
  • Monitoring employee database management, reviewing compensation and benefits as well as payroll operation.
  • Planning and creating employee relations and communication activities.
  • Partner to provide consulting and support in HR management
  • Creating, developing and implementing training programs to develop staff.
  • Analyzing existing training programs to ensure that they increase staff productivity.
  • Administer job evaluation, potential evaluation, and performance management system.
  • Controlling all HR activities and company regulations to be in compliance with labor laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in any related field, Masters degree is a plus
  • At least 5-8 years of HR generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience in employee and labor law
  • Good computer skills on MS Office
  • Mature and able to work independently, with attend to details
  • Commercial and business acumen
  • Communication skills / Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong personality
  • Good people skills
