Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate an experienced team across marketing and sales functions, setting and achieving targets with them and maximizing their potential within their roles.
  • Meet agreed sales and contribution targets for the portfolio.
  • Develops and forecast, plan, and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop new sales initiatives, liaise with clients, and build strong pipelines for the sales team to work on.
  • Liaise with the HR department to hire and train new sales associates.
  • Develop, implement, and manage department KPIs. Ensure that team members are aware of the targets and objectives and perform regular reviews to ensure actual achievement.
  • Brainstorm and develop new marketing initiatives for the business.
  • Manage the marketing budget and justify expenditure where required.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree or Masters degree in business administration, marketing or any related.
  • Experience of 5 - 10 years in OTC/FMCG/ or Consumer Health portfolio.
  • Broad sales and marketing experience (Key Account Management, Sales Planning, Trade/Customer Marketing, Channel Management, online and offline marketing experience)
  • Experience of having direct responsibility for sales operations desirable.
