Job Description:

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing the compliance aspects of our payment gateway and e-money services. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the Bank of Thailand regulations and a proactive approach to ensuring that all company activities are in line with these and other relevant laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and audit company operations to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments and advise on compliance implications.
  • Coordinate with legal and other departments to address compliance issues.
  • Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with the Bank of Thailand regulations and other relevant legal frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
