Job Description:

  • Able to understand a pneumatic conveying system.
  • Able to select the equipment of the Pneumatic conveying system appropriately.
  • Mechanical and electrical design for Pneumatic conveying system.
  • Provide cost evaluates and Quotation to sales.
  • Provide P&ID and concept design to sales.
  • Provide technical support to sales.
  • Provide drawing (Flowsheet, P&ID, 2D&3D layout)
  • Manage Sub-contractor.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to determine department goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for sourcing equipment/parts for existing products & new projects for the best quality at minimum cost.
  • Evaluation of new supplier.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Project Management, (Quality, Cost, Time).
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Qualification:

  • At least 2-3 years of relative experience in the Pneumatic conveying system, especially in food and Beverage markets (in material handling, mixing for food Application (such Flour, Wheat Flour, Sugar will be a plus.).
  • Equipment design will be a plus.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical, Electrical, or higher related field
  • Language: Able to communicate in English
  • Computer: Able to use software for design, AutoCAD 2D,
  • Able to use the software in MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Projects.
