Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible for FP&A function, accounting and tax managing 3-4 finance staff.
  • Report the Thai markets performance to Vice President and Asia Regional Controller.
  • Review from finance perspective for growth as well as business plans provided by Sales & Marketing teams.
  • Derive ROI for each project, and leading best cost performance.
  • Analyze product cost and margin for both import and local production.
  • Participate in business development initiatives with other departments and draft prospective budget.
  • Prepare projected PL based on business plan (both short- and long-term).
  • Report sales forecast biweekly to Regional Controller.
  • Timely file all taxes, payroll returns, and accounting-related matters.
  • Work with external auditors to audit financial statements in a timely manner.
  • Prepare the monthly as well as quarterly financial report packages focusing on analyzing B/S and PL.
  • Establish the internal controls for all departments in the company.
  • Draft and liaise with attorneys for agreements/contracts with employees, customers and other third parties.
  • Handle all HR Functions, i.e., organization plan, labor cost analysis, hiring, payroll and relating taxes and social security distributions.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting / MBA preferred
  • Experience in Head of Finance (Financial Controller level)
  • 10 years or more of experience in Accounting as well as managing the day-to-day financial operations of an organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required.
  • Strong sense of accountability, ability to meet tight deadlines, analytical and organizational skills, team player, attention to details and accuracy, sense of urgency, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and stress tolerance.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in CD Organizer Accounting Program, CPA/USCPA, and MLM experience as an advantage.
