Senior Manager - Data Analytics

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct statistical/primary research across industries for business justification
• Convert insights into business recommendations and cascade for executions through cross functional collaboration.
• Be Strong in project management.
• Spot risk, opportunity to reshape format strategy where possible from both Internal and external information.
• Capable of finding insights from external sources and make clear comparison of market
• Responsible for all analytical works assigned and present to Executive Managements

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate roadmaps for data analysis
• Identify and gather data sets necessary for business requirements
• Prior hands-on experience in data-mining techniques to better understand each pain point and provide insights
• Able to design and conduct analysis to support product & channel improvement and development
• Present key findings and recommendations to business counter parties and senior management on project approach and strategic planning
• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability, optimize resource allocation, and manage financial risks.
• Collaborate with internal corporate Finance to understand business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Master degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information System.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analytic with a focus on project management (Retail or E-Commerce business is preferrable).
• Experience in SQL and Python (Pandas, Numpy, SparkSQL)
• Ability to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources
• Experience in BigData Technologies like Hadoop, Apache Spark, Databrick
• Experience in machine learning and deep learning (Tensorflow, Keras, Scikit-learn, Generative AI)
• Good Knowledge of Statistics
• Experience in Data Visualisation (Tableau, PowerBI) is a must
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Having good attitude toward team working and willing to work hard.
