Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong negotiation skills, Service mind, Active & Self motivator
- Good MS office skills
- Good English communication is a must
- 3 - 5 years of experience in core admin role
- Readiness to handle extensive support to employees in off hours over email/phone/line groups
Responsibilities:
- Casual and Extra manpower Reporting
- Assist in Canteen Management
- Oversee Housekeeping and gardening
- Vehicle Record Management
- Employee vehicle registration
- Managing Vending machines
- Assist in patrol in Plant
- Security Guards Management
- Manage Locker for employees
- General Maintenance survey and coordination
- Assist in Expat Management
- Admin Reports Management
