About the job Digital Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management:
- Oversee and manage multiple digital projects from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
2. Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with designers, developers, marketers, and external vendors
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients
- Provide regular project updates and reports to key stakeholders
3. Digital Marketing & Strategy:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and performance ads
- Oversee media buy budgets and ensure effective ad placements on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok
- Collaborate with KOLs and agencies for influencer marketing campaigns
4. Process Optimization & Quality Assurance:
- Implement best practices in digital project management and marketing execution
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality control in all digital outputs
5. Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs
- Use data insights to optimize future projects and marketing strategies
