Recruitment specialist
- Work closely with all department head to manage the workforce planning, hiring activity
- Enhance onboarding program, Buddy system
- Review recruitment agency
- Review Org Chart
HROD
- Assist in implementing OD projects such as employee engagement program, leadership development program, IDP, 70-20-10 Model, Encourage corporate culture, etc.
- Execute talent management and succession management to build future capabilities pool
- Set up training needs survey, manage training delivery and training evaluation and submit report to DSD department
- Execute and deploy policy of HR to business operation
- Implement process improvement projects related to human resources to improve processes, concepts, skills and knowledge to support business operations
- General communications to employees
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology, Social Science, any other major which relate.
- At least 3-5 years experienced as HRD, HROD, Training & Development.
- Strong understand in Business process of Organization
- Good communication and Good working as a team
- Adaptive and Problem-Solving issue
- Can work under pressure
- Problem solving and independent, hands-on, good managerial skill.
- Love to Learn & Grow with fast moving company
- Good command of English
