About the job HR Generalist

The role needs to develop policy and direct and coordinate human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, staff development and training, and employee services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • End to end processing of payroll
  • On-going maintenance of payroll system, leave management system and other related system
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records.
  • Staff listing and management of payroll related queries.
  • Maintaining leave, sick and overtime reports.
  • Interpreting attendance report in relation to overtime, shift allowances etc.
  • Undertaking statutory both manual and online reporting.
  • Calculation and payment of termination related.
  • Submit payment tax and social security fund including related documents.
  • Handling recruitment procedures from contacting candidates inclusive of first round of telephonic interview to scheduling with hiring manager
  • To do reference Check
  • Preparing/Drafting all relevant HR Letters/Documents as per the requirement of employees in consultation with management
  • Liaising with all Government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance
  • Conduct Orientation for new joiners
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database of each employee.
  • Assisting in implementing and maintaining HR procedures and policies, rules and regulations in compliance with applicable laws and corporate policy.
  • Providing advice on staffs queries regarding to benefits and human resources matters.
  • Escalating to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance issue.
  • Handling Insurance related issues
  • Manage workers welfare
  • Submitting manual medical claims
  • Filing & record keeping
  • Admin duties stationery, flight & hotel bookings and others
  • Performing other miscellaneous tasks assigned as and when required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree of Business Management/HR or any related field
  • At least 2-3 years experience in HR Generalist Role
  • Fair command of written and spoken English (Able to communicate in English.)
  • Good command of Computer literacy and experience with MS office applications
  • Good negotiations and communications skills
  • Know basic country employment / Labour law
  • High responsibility and able to work under Private and Confidential nature, proactive and initiative idea, positive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented individual capable of multi-tasking a plus.
