Job Descriptions:

  • Manage payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner and ensure to make the related process and system up-to-days on changes in payroll law and regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy of employee records and database, including attendance, leaves and personal information, employee changes and movement in HR system such as rotation, promotion, etc.
  • Manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, adapting to industry trends and ensuring alignment with company objectives to support employee satisfaction.
  • Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Generate payroll and HR reports, including tax filings, benefits deductions, and other required reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support in the preparation of budgets and monthly forecasts and comparison with previous budget/forecasts.
  • Update HRM policies and procedures on a timely basis, ensure compliance and meet statutory requirements of local labor law as well as the needs and requirements of the operation.
  • Communicate and provide employees with knowledge about work regulations, policies, and guidelines consistently and ensure discipline among employees.
  • Oversee process and supervise staff to support HR administrative and
  • General Affairs (GA) such as visa work permit, outsource management, business licenses, booking hotel and flights for employees, handling office supplies & facility management.
  • Supervise receptionist, maid, drivers, and messengers to serve operations effectively.
  • Be able to leads and key HRM projects as assigned.
  • Proactively identify the process improvement to achieve employees satisfactory and higher efficiency.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Strong knowledge the payroll processes, taxes, remuneration, wage structure and labor relations/legislation related to compensation and benefits.
  • Have experiences in overall HRM and GA functions at least 8 years.
  • Computer literacy MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Intermediate level in English.
