About the job Customer Service Manager (After-sales)

  • Drive day-to-day Customer Service operations, from initial contact to closing of all activities.
  • Manage the communication and satisfaction of customers during the execution of all activities.
  • Accomplish Customer Service objectives by planning and evaluating all activities involved.
  • Promote all range of Service activities to Customer.
  • Manage the relation and coordination with each Customer.
  • Assure the prompt answer and follow up for any kind of request from Customer.
  • Assure the registration of any Order Intake.
  • Coordinate with Finance Team for the proper registration of the margin/profit for any order.
  • Guarantee the use of Contract as necessary.
  • Follow up for timely payment by Customer, in coordination with Finance Team.
  • Guarantee for opening of Bank Guarantees and Letter of Credit as necessary.
  • Guarantee the respect of timing/deadlines for all service activities.
  • Collaborate with Technical Service team for preparation of proposals/packages to customer.
  • Guarantee the Service CRM is filled and updated properly/timely by any user.
  • Guarantee the proper execution of any enquiry/order for Spare Parts.
  • Control the flow for Spare Parts enquiry directly to the Coordinator.
  • Collaborate with Technical Service team to get the list of Spare Parts for any enquiry.
  • Supervise the job of the Coordinator and make sure each Spare Parts enquiry/order is fulfilled.
  • Supervise the shipment of parts in respect of order schedule.
  • Coordinate with Procurement Team for purchasing of components in local markets.
  • Manage any enquiry from Customer.
  • Collaborate with Technical Service team to get the technical modification of existing equipment needed.
  • Coordinate with all related Departments for the execution of any project.
  • Guarantee the proper execution of any project.
  • Manage any Maintenance enquiry from Customer.
  • Coordinate with Technical Service team for the execution of any Maintenance.
  • Guarantee the proper execution of any Maintenance.
  • Manage any other type of support request from Customer.
  • Implement all necessary measures to respect deliverables to Costumer as per Order.
  • Carry out activity control to anticipate potential issue.
  • Carry out deep analysis for every aspect of the activity.
  • Manage activity risks and contingencies plan.
  • Guarantee the respect of HSE rule during jobs at Customer site.
  • Escalate issues to manage risks/leverage for company network.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
  • Work Experience: 5 years in similar industry.
  • Abroad trips availability.
  • Basic Knowledge CAD software.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Proficient in English.
