Job Description:

  • Develop a marketing strategy for the category and drive the execution to achieve target sales and profit
  • Understanding customer/market/product and competition, take initiative in marketing activities.
  • Develop marketing communication across customer touch points (online/shopfront) together with Marketing Communication/Digital Marketing team.
  • Develop customer marketing activity to engage the customers for the category together with Digital Marketing team
  • Business planning of the category, such as monthly forecast making, monitoring sell out/market inventory progress by dealer by store and making proposal of actions to achieve the forecast together with Sales team.
  • Lead ranging (SKU) plan in stores, pricing and promotion as marketing.
  • Visit stores frequently to check that planned marketing activities are properly executed and matching with the voice of customers/market.
  • Manage and control monthly accuracy of sales forecast and commercial investment.
  • Responsible for P&L of the category in charge and contributes to company profit.

Qualification:

  • Experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Experience in Product Marketing field is preferable.
  • Microsoft Excel skills in terms of speed and accuracy in forecasting (PSI) or data analysis are highly expected.
  • PowerPoint and presentation skills to explain the situation to stakeholders
  • Good command in English
  • Strong ownership as an owner of the product category
  • Communication skills to co-work with various stakeholders (HQ/dealers/Sales/Other Marketing team, etc.)
  • Always find a better way to work efficiently and manage a schedule.
