About the job Office Manager

  • Manage all administrative and operational aspects of the Bangkok office
  • Coordinate with regional offices in APAC and with the Group HQ on operational topics
  • Oversee procurement, vendors, and service providers (e.g., IT, facilities, supplies)
  • Handle onboarding and support for local staff and visitors
  • Support internal communication and implement company processes locally
  • Take care of light accounting duties, such as: Invoice control and forwarding to group accounting, Reimbursement management, Petty cash and local banking
  • Ensure compliance with local office requirements (licenses, contracts, insurances)
  • Organize internal events and external meetings when needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in related fields.
  • Have experience in office administration or operations
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Comfortable with international coordination and reporting lines
  • Reliable, structured, and proactive personality
  • Experience with accounting basics is a strong plus
  • Willing to frequently travel internationally
