Office Manager
About the job Office Manager
- Manage all administrative and operational aspects of the Bangkok office
- Coordinate with regional offices in APAC and with the Group HQ on operational topics
- Oversee procurement, vendors, and service providers (e.g., IT, facilities, supplies)
- Handle onboarding and support for local staff and visitors
- Support internal communication and implement company processes locally
- Take care of light accounting duties, such as: Invoice control and forwarding to group accounting, Reimbursement management, Petty cash and local banking
- Ensure compliance with local office requirements (licenses, contracts, insurances)
- Organize internal events and external meetings when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in related fields.
- Have experience in office administration or operations
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English (spoken and written) is essential
- Comfortable with international coordination and reporting lines
- Reliable, structured, and proactive personality
- Experience with accounting basics is a strong plus
- Willing to frequently travel internationally
