IT Director

Responsibilities:

• Set up and develop plans, strategies, policies, and overall ideas about IT solution and application, including annual budget and operating cost to align with organizations policies and objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and ensure the company's technology stack remains modern and competitive.
• Initiate and propose guidelines and development plans in new Information Technology processes to support business needs.
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
• IT Asset Control.
• Work with the management team to provide implementation plans for future strategic. requirements and assist in long-term decision and planning.
• Maintain overall supervision of IT solution and application activities effectively.
• Understand rules and policies about IT solutions and application to be able to provide advice to employees.
• Constantly looking for better ways to solve technical problems and design solutions, not afraid of challenging the status quo.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize workload supporting multiple projects.
• Implement measures to protect sensitive data.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work assignments for all IT personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 10-15 years experience in related field and 5-7 years of team management
• Understand software and application development and management
• Have good computer skills especially in specific programs
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
