Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts or having relevant experiences.
- Have at least 3 years of equivalent experience.
- Good command of English (speaking, listening, written, reading)
- Able to work independently, making decisions, and has an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Good team player, adaptability to various roles both as a follower and a leader.
Job Description:
Sales: Appetite For Sales
- Contact potential clients and schedule a meeting with them to discuss proactively.
- Plan and implement a specific sales strategy to close a deal with each client in a timely manner.
- Seeking opportunities to increase sales from existing customers (Cross sales, Up sales) with other services of the company.
Marketing Strategy: Influencer Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing Strategy
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing mechanisms and able to apply it by thinking or developing a plan to sell to clients.
Social Media Creativity:
- Have a good understanding of the mechanics of creativity especially in the field of social media content or Influencer content.
Convincing Skill and Negotiation Skill:
- Able to negotiate, create good questions, be observant, be a good listener and gather information in order to reach a win-win solution for mutual benefits with all parties.
Presentation Skill:
- Be a person who has a good flow to tell stories through presentation Slide.
- Has the information to accompany the presentation that is able to convince the audience, reliable, and leading to closing the sale.
- Able to adjust the method, speech and duration of the story following by type of the audience.
Planning, Priority, and Calculation Skills:
- Able to plan follow-up tasks appropriately and prioritize tasks & clients to be taken care of.
- Understand the cost structure, how to calculate the KPI of the Influencer Campaign, and the proportion of Media Boost to be properly presented to the clients.
Data Entry & Document Management:
- Complete data entry for clients list and contact information to distribute tasks.
- Organize work-related documents to ensure that everyone can easily browse and utilize them.
Tools & Software (Computer Literacy):
- Open minded to learn new software or program that related with the work.
- Fluently use Google Workplace (Sheet, Slide, Doc).
