Service & Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure Offset printing machines and postpress packaging machinery.
• Provide training and consultation to users for proper operation.
• Analyze and resolve operational issues, repair machines, or replace parts as needed.
• Prepare reports on problems encountered, solutions implemented, and recommendations provided to customers/users.
• Act as an expert on postpress equipment by offering guidance, presenting solutions that meet customer needs, and conducting equipment testing to ensure the desired output is achieved.
• Collaborate with the team to identify sales opportunities, monitor product trends in the market, and stay updated on emerging technologies to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, focusing on their needs and satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or Electronics, or related experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in servicing and installing offset printing systems or commercial postpress/packaging machines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in Thai/ English.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, able to work well in a team, and customer service-oriented.
• Possesses a valid drivers license and owns a personal vehicle.
