Finance and Accounting Manager

Finance

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounting team to deliver high-quality financial and strategic information essential for management's decision-making.
• Oversee and supervise the finance and accounting team and functions in all subsidiaries.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's business direction.
• Oversee annual financial budgeting, capital expenditures, liquidity, and cash flow management to optimize working capital and mitigate financial risks.
• Negotiate and maintain relationship with banks, financial institutions, and other external organizations to reach the team and company's objectives. Oversee and manage the finance tools and documents
• Monitor and ensure the accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in accordance with management and group policies.

Accounting

• Review reconciliations of all significant account balances including bank accounts, debtors and creditors (monthly), and report significant exceptions to management.
• Review the monthly and annually taxes all subsidiaries.
• Provide insightful accounting treatment to management.
• Monitor key control process in accounting and provide recommendation for future development.
• Ensure accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections, and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• CFA/CPA certificate is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Head of Finance, Finance Director or similar role.
• In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, risk management, and treasury.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
• Leadership experience with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• The ability to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Experience of dealing with international counterparties
• Good command in English.
