Safety Officer
About the job Safety Officer
Job Description:
- Report to Safety Manager.
- Manage all work relate to Company's environmental, health and safety.
- Ensure compliance with Thai Environmental, Health and Safety Legal, Health and Safety Principles.
- Handle overall safety regulations, practice, training as well as annual plan and reports.
- Improving the occupational health and safety management system. training and coordinating all departments to follow up all incidents.
- Strengthen and maintain Company's safety standard by promoting safety awareness conducting safety.
- Establish an effective EHS policy & procedures and quality management system such as Risk Assessment Control, Preventive Accident and Emergency Communication System.
- Regularly preparing and conducting training to promote and enhance environmental health and safety awareness to employees and subcontractors. Leading and consulting on Safety Committees activities to ensure compliance as well as effectiveness.
- Preparing and submitting all reports required by the government as well as those required by Company policy.
- Evaluates hazardous conditions and recommends engineering controls, administrative controls, and/or personal protective equipment.
- Monitor the facilities / utilities and report on the conditions that affect operations and safety daily.
- Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
- Manage Preventive Maintenance work for production support machineries, revise routine facilities inspection and execute corrective measure as required.
Qualifications:
- Having an Advance or Professional Safety Officer License is a must or Environmental Engineer Degree
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or other related
- Knowledge in ISO9001 & ISO45001 are required with manufacturing background.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety Management and environmental management system
- Good command of English skill is the must.
