SHE Manager

Safety role:

• Plan and review annual safety activities plan 
• Review and conformity assessment about safety health and environment law
• Plan and monitor for safety health and environment policy 
• Review and implement about safety regulation 
• All activities for illness from work. 
• Follow and monitor about safety activities 
• Review risk assessment for safety on work 
• Monitor and control for safety inspection on work 

Environment role:

• Provide annual plan for environment activities. 
• Review for conformity with environment law 
• Monitor for environment assessment activities 
• Follow for environment law activities. 

Qualification: 

• At lease bachelor degree in safety health ,environment or relate
  Experience
• At lease 5 years in safety health and environment in manufacturing (heavy industry is advantage ==> Cement, Steel, Sugar, Mining)
• Have a Professional Safety Officer License (จป.วิชาชีพ)
• Investigate for root cause analysis and analytical skills (predictive for preventive would be advantage)
  
• Risk assessment and environment aspect 
• Knowledge in Safety and environmental law. 
• Knowledge in ISO 45001, ISO 14001
