Procurement Officer
About the job Procurement Officer
- Source to contract including negotiating with supplier according to specification of product.
- Manage the category to ensure supply availability for business at the optimum level and efficient cost.
- Create supplier agreement/commercial term and conditions.
- Analyses and negotiates with supplier to achieve competitive prices.
- Control budget and create long-term cost saving culture
- Control and manage the time frame of project work and procurement timeline to demand owner
- Fast support in urgent cases to avoid short supply situations.
- Review and follow up the delivery performance to achieve the target
- Proactively control and follow to ensure compliance and regulation on Halal, HACCP etc.
- Execute procurement activities to meet requirements of the requesting department in terms of Quality, quantity, timeliness and cost effectiveness, payment term as well as in compliance with policies, procedures, and the predefined procurement strategies
- Register and maintain a list of approved and qualified suppliers and service providers by conducting supplier and risk management.
- Other responsibilities are as per Procurement Mgr. assignments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any fields.
- Experience working in procurement for at least 2-3 years.
- Able to use computer and MS office programs
- Good communication in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
- Have negotiation skills

- Creative and innovative with demonstrated problem-solving skills
