Qualifications:
- standard of knowledge: GDS (Galileo + Sabre + Amadeus), Basis Reservation + Fare & Pricing + Ticketing (Issue/Reissue/Refund)
- Able to use MS-Office and Email.
- Able to do overtime working or work at night
- Able to communicate in English would be an advantage
- At least 3-4 years experience in Reservation & Ticketing
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
