About the job Logistics Officer

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customer on Spare part inquiry and quotation creation and offer to customer.
  • Create order to Inter-company and supplier.
  • Work on Import/ Export and Triangle-shipment process until goods delivery and ensure good deliver in good condition and proper transit time.
  • Communicate with Freight forwarder and shipping agent for booking flight, vessel for all incoming, outgoing and triangle shipments.
  • Prepare shipping documents as Invoice, packing list, COO etc. and verify all documents to ensure all details are correctly.
  • Work with 3PL, Freight Forwarder and Customs Brokerage
  • Input data into SAP, Stock check & Control
  • Coordinate and support Accounting/Financial Dept. for invoicing and billing process
  • Estimate Freight cost (Airfreight, Sea freight and Local transportation) for Project team.
  • Prepare Purchase request (PR), Stock request for any payment transaction.
  • Review invoice from supplier for all expense before release to Accounting team.
  • Coordinate and prepare concern document for annual audit or visit from Customs Department. Or relevant department
  • Support for claim process in case of damage during delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualification:

  • BSc in Business Administration Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • SAP or ERP system Knowledge is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years Experience Purchasing, Logistic or Customer Service or relate field.
  • Process knowledge is preferable in the areas of Import & Export, and Supply Chain. ASEAN is a plus.
  • MS Office literate. PowerBi is a plus.
  • Good communication skill
  • Flexibility and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience with FTZ warehousing is a plus.
