About the job Recruitment Consultant
Job Descriptions:
- Developing new clients.
- Gather information of job assignments from clients to facilitate effective recruitment.
- Plan the screening, searching and selection process.
- Conduct interview and assess applications and ensure that reference check has been conducted.
- Prepare the resume of the candidate and put it forward by presenting to clients.
- Provide advice to both clients and candidates on offering process, help negotiate offering with both parties to be win-win situation.
- Resolve problem and complaints from successful candidate or clients in an effective and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in any related field (fresh graduated are welcome).
- Experience in recruitment is advantage.
- Self-driven, positive and can-do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of English in verbal and written will be preferable.
