Job Descriptions:

  • Developing new clients.
  • Gather information of job assignments from clients to facilitate effective recruitment.
  • Plan the screening, searching and selection process.
  • Conduct interview and assess applications and ensure that reference check has been conducted.
  • Prepare the resume of the candidate and put it forward by presenting to clients.
  • Provide advice to both clients and candidates on offering process, help negotiate offering with both parties to be win-win situation.
  • Resolve problem and complaints from successful candidate or clients in an effective and timely manner.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in any related field (fresh graduated are welcome).
  • Experience in recruitment is advantage.
  • Self-driven, positive and can-do attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of English in verbal and written will be preferable.
