ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description:

• To ensure that the business transactions and results are recorded, reported and forecast with integrity, transparency and in a timely manner.
• To be accountable for compliance to Group and external standards in the provision of financial information. Providing the focal point of contact for external auditors and other professional firm.
• To be responsible for the integrity of all financial data used in planning or performance / financial reporting.
• To provide effective and efficient accounting and financial control, credit, risk management are consistent with group standards and policy.
• To establish, maintain and monitor effective and efficient financial controls for Vietnam.
• To work closely with external auditors on company related issues.
• To perform cash management.
• To handle all tax report for company.
  • Prepare withholding tax, Value Added tax, Corporate Tax
  • Reconciliation Por. Por 30 with Corporate Tax Report which submitted to The Revenue Department.
  • Reconciliation W/T, VAT
  • Complete Tax application form to The Revenue Department every 7th of month ( W/T) and 15th of month (VAT)
• To be responsible for Account Payable
  • Prepare payment voucher for creditors to JDE system.
  • Prepare cheque for supplier. The payment is on the 20th of each month.
  • Reconcile AP transaction with GL
• To be responsible for General Accounting
  • Prepare journal voucher for month end.
  • Prepared month end report of account payable
• To update news and all tax and legal issue from The Revenue Department.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
• At least five years in relevant experience.
• Strong financial knowledge and management accounting background
• Strategic thinking
• Computer Literacy and good communication skill.
• Good command of English communication
• Experience in Oracle systems would be advantage
• Experience in month-end/year-end closing in accounting or audit firm is an advantage
• Good team player with analytical and systematic thinking and problem solving
