  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, attendance, productivity) and recommend actionable business solutions.
  • Oversee HR compliance and governance while ensuring operational agility.
  • Build succession and digital talent pipeline for future model stores.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of HRM and payroll.
  • Growth mindset and tech savviness.
  • Positive attitude and ability to provide customer service.
  • Flexibility and adaptation to changes.
  • Working 6 days/week.
  • Experience in the retail industry will be given special consideration.
