Job Description:
- Partner with Store Manager to drive manpower productivity in a digital-enabled store model.
- Lead workforce planning and skill transformation aligned with new retail technology initiatives.
- Drive change management and digital adoption across store employees.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, attendance, productivity) and recommend actionable business solutions.
- Oversee HR compliance and governance while ensuring operational agility.
- Build succession and digital talent pipeline for future model stores.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience.
- Excellent knowledge of HRM and payroll.
- Growth mindset and tech savviness.
- Positive attitude and ability to provide customer service.
- Flexibility and adaptation to changes.
- Working 6 days/week.
- Experience in the retail industry will be given special consideration.
