  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Understand clients' hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
  • Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms.
  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery of recruitment assignments.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to client onboarding and account management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to identify new opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and client retention objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development pipelines in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and business meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Experience in B2B sales is a plus
  • Good communication skills in English and Thai
  • Able to work independently
  • Good presentation skills
