About the job Business Development / Sales Executive – Recruitment Services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Understand clients' hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
- Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery of recruitment assignments.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to client onboarding and account management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hiring demands to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and client retention objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development pipelines in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and business meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus
- Good communication skills in English and Thai
- Able to work independently
- Good presentation skills
