About the job Commercial Business Unit Head (Food / Pet Food Ingredients)
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets for both food and pet food ingredients markets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the product portfolio in alignment with supplier capabilities and customer demand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Oversee supplier negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract management to ensure competitive positioning.
- Lead and motivate the sales teams to deliver business objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure efficient operations and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Manage P&L, forecasting, and budgeting for the business unit.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Food Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experiences in the food / pet food ingredients market.
- Deep understanding of food ingredients and pet food ingredients markets.
- Have special expertise in Savory segment will be an advantage.
- Fluently in English in writing, listening and speaking.
- Have good leadership& Communication.
- Can analyze and strategic thinking.
