Job Descriptions:

  • Identify new opportunities for Rugged hardware devices business
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Help maintain and organize sales pipelines
  • Analyzing costs and sales
  • Preparing reports for head office
  • Recording and maintaining client contact data.
  • Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical expert.
  • Recording and maintaining demo machines and service stocks.

Qualification & Skills:

  • 0 - 3 years' experience in pre-sales/sales engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Computer hardware and network, including detailed knowledge of hardware and software components
  • Experience in selling rugged devices is preferred
  • Experience in complex sales involving long sales processes is preferred
  • The ability to build relationships with clients quickly
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel 90% to partner and customer location, include overseas when required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English.
