About the job Facility Manager
Operations Manual
To oversee and ensure all facets of the Maintenance, Grounds, Housekeeping, Safety, and Security Departments' operation comply with the Club's policies, rules and regulations and comply with all legal requirements.
- To ensure performance by staff in all departments under the responsibility and ensure their compliance with the Club's policies, rules, and regulations.
- To inspect the Club's facilities and equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality and cleanliness.
- To attend the House & Grounds Sub-Committee Meeting regularly and other Sub-Committee's meetings as required.
- To prepare agenda and necessary information for the House and Grounds Sub-Committee meeting regularly and for the other Sub-Committees' meetings as required on a comprehensive, accurate and timely basis.
- To present the Club and liaise with the external organizations or individuals on matters of areas under your responsibility.
- To develop short, medium, long-term facilities related to the Club's facilities and equipment requirements.
- To oversee and coordinate building space allocation and layout.
- To act as Duty Manager on rotation assignment.
- To attend monthly manager's meeting and take assigned actions.
- To perform other duties as assigned by General Manager.
Qualifications:
- Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Requires a minimum of 10 years of work experience across various industries.
- Work Experience in Building/Facility management (all in one infrastructure facilities), Corrective and Preventive Maintenance (M&E), Project Management, Security Management, Manage the physical security management (Access Control, Emergency Light, Fire Alarm System, CCTV), Space Allocates Project (Negotiation with Vendor, Landlord, Tenant, and Supplier) etc.
- People management (leading/coaching), Finance/Budget (CAPEX and OPEX) - Sustainable solutions. (solar project)
- Experience in private clubs or sports organizations is a plus.
- Strong leadership, service-oriented, effective communication at all levels, solving problems skills and hands-on operations.
- Strong command of English both spoken and written
