About the job Sales Executive (Freight Forwarder)
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Cooperate with Oversea agents and customers by email or telephone.
- Visit existing customers and new potential customers.
- Issue quotations as customer requested including responding to oversea inquiries.
- Follow up the shipment and coordinate with internal with other section concerning until the job is completed.
- Monitor and follow up on new inquiries of new customers even coordinate with sales support and operation
- Receive complaints and solve the problem or present a solution as customer satisfaction.
- Report sales activities, monitor profit, and even check active customers every month. Develop, build, and maintain client relationships.
- Search for potential clients, and expand new customer base
- Ensure close relationships with customers in order to achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Update and customize the sales.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals to the market in line.
- Ensure all internal reporting is accurate and within the timeline.
- Other tasks as assigned.

- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 -3 years experience in Sales freight, or related field.
- Proven network with targeted customers.
- Good command of English.
- Have own car and driving license.
- Able to work independently and also be a good team player with operations.
- Proactive, Productive, and Services mind.
- Negotiations and problem-solving skills.
