Responsibilities: 

  • Develop strategic business plans and commercial initiatives aligned with customer needs and company objectives
  • Conduct business reviews with key accounts and monitor performance against agreed KPIs
  • Deliver sales volume, value and sustainable growth targets
  • Identify new opportunities to expand business within priority channels and categories
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with buyers and customer stakeholders
  • Manage conflicts or business issues proactively while working under high pressure effectively
  • Plan and control trade spending effectively with clear ROI optimization
  • Ensure profitable execution of promotions and commercial programs
  • Leverage customer insights to create new initiatives, assortment strategies and channel expansion
  • Strengthen presence of our brands across key CVS/MT outlets
  • Conduct accurate forecasting and demand planning in alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends and consumer behavior to define winning strategies
  • Lead execution excellence with internal teams to achieve operational and commercial objectives
  • Take ownership and act with a strong sense of urgency and accountability


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management or Modern Trade Sales (preferably with CVS channels such as 7-Eleven / CP All)
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills; able to perform sales forecasting and conduct in-depth number analysis
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management capabilities
  • Demonstrated leadership, agility, and ability to resolve issues swiftly under pressure
  • Candidates with strong working relationships with 7-Eleven Buyers will be highly valued
