About the job Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic business plans and commercial initiatives aligned with customer needs and company objectives
- Conduct business reviews with key accounts and monitor performance against agreed KPIs
- Deliver sales volume, value and sustainable growth targets
- Identify new opportunities to expand business within priority channels and categories
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with buyers and customer stakeholders
- Manage conflicts or business issues proactively while working under high pressure effectively
- Plan and control trade spending effectively with clear ROI optimization
- Ensure profitable execution of promotions and commercial programs
- Leverage customer insights to create new initiatives, assortment strategies and channel expansion
- Strengthen presence of our brands across key CVS/MT outlets
- Conduct accurate forecasting and demand planning in alignment with cross-functional teams
- Analyze sales performance, market trends and consumer behavior to define winning strategies
- Lead execution excellence with internal teams to achieve operational and commercial objectives
- Take ownership and act with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or Modern Trade Sales (preferably with CVS channels such as 7-Eleven / CP All)
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in data-driven decision making
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills; able to perform sales forecasting and conduct in-depth number analysis
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership, agility, and ability to resolve issues swiftly under pressure
- Candidates with strong working relationships with 7-Eleven Buyers will be highly valued
