Responsibilities:
New Revenue & Business Model Evaluation
- Identify and assess new revenue opportunities beyond the core business
- Evaluate monetization strategies, unit economics, and scalability of innovative concepts
- Support development of financial cases for pilots, MVPs, and early-stage initiatives
Innovation Finance & Partnerships
- Design financial frameworks and funding models appropriate for innovation and experimentation
- Partner with innovation, digital, and BU teams to refine business models
- Support financial assessment of partnerships, JVs, and ecosystem-based revenue initiatives
Performance Tracking & Scaling Decisions
- Track performance of new revenue initiatives against original assumptions
- Recommend scale-up, pivot, or exit decisions based on financial evidence
- Support integration of successful initiatives into core business operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- 8–10+ years of experience in strategic finance, innovation finance, corporate development, consulting, or new business roles
- Strong understanding of business model design, monetization strategies, and unit economics
- Hands-on experience evaluating new revenue streams, pilots, MVPs, or early-stage initiatives
- Ability to design financial frameworks suitable for experimentation and uncertainty
- Experience supporting partnerships, JVs, platforms, or ecosystem-based business models
- Strong commercial mindset with disciplined financial judgment
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-evolving, and non-linear environments
- Ability to balance risk management with growth and innovation objectives
- Strong collaboration skills across finance, innovation, digital, and business teams
- Experience tracking performance and making scale / pivot / exit recommendations
- Clear communication and influencing skills at senior management level
