Civil Engineer (Sr. Executive Civil -Projects)

Civil Engineer at Thane office and Taloja Plant for Civil work, Site execution of new R&D lab, Tender specification, Civil Layouts preparation, Structural Drawing review, BOQ preparation, Follow up with Building material suppliers for timely delivery. Cost estimation. Contractor RA Bill Certification.

1. Preparation of civil and structural design basis
2. Geotechnical investigations and Topography for sites
3. Estimation of civil and structural SOQ based on layouts, soil report
4. Preparation and Technical Bid Review of Civil and Structural Tender
5. Preparation and Review of civil and structural layouts
6. Review of the structural drawing and design documents
7. Planning and Schedule of construction activities and sequences.
8. Coordinate with site team- consultants for smooth site execution.
9. Follow with supplier for the timely delivery.
10. Visit the venders manufacturing workshops for expediting the manufacturing.
11. Obtaining Stability Certificate from Architect
12. Laisoning with Detailed Engineering Consultants, Factory Inspector, SEZ, MIDC/GIDC, DC etc
13. Monitoring Construction Work at Site including regular Meetings, RA Bill Certification, Cost Control
14. To monitor compliance to Construction Safety and publish safety metrics
15. As Built Documentation and Drawing
16. Civil work execution at Taloja plant for new R&D lab.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Relevant experience required 
• Able to work independently
  
• Good command in English and Thai
