Regional HSE Manager – APAC

The Regional HSE Manager – APAC will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) systems across APAC manufacturing sites, warehouses, offices, and customer facilities. The role ensures compliance with applicable legal and corporate HSE standards, strengthens safety culture, drives risk reduction, and supports operational excellence through proactive HSE leadership.

• Regional HSE Leadership & Governance: Develop and implement APAC HSE strategy, policies, and programs aligned with global standards and business objectives.
• Compliance & Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with local statutory HSE requirements across APAC countries, including audits, reporting, and liaison with regulatory bodies.
• Risk Assessment & Incident Management: Lead risk assessments, HAZOP/Job Safety Analysis where applicable, and drive incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Safety Culture & Training: Drive behavioural safety initiatives, HSE training and awareness programs to strengthen a proactive safety culture across sites and teams.
• Audit, Monitoring & Performance Reporting: Conduct internal HSE audits and inspections, track KPIs (TRIR, LTIFR, near misses, compliance scores), and report performance to leadership with improvement plans.
• Contractor & Site HSE Oversight: Ensure contractor safety management, permit-to-work adherence, and HSE controls during site activities, including maintenance, shutdowns, and project execution
• Monitor and understand key EHS regulatory requirements in the APAC region & ensure leadership is aware of potential risks and sensitivities
• Assess overall HSE risk at manufacturing site & customer locations within APAC; use broad HSE technical knowledge and industry-specific expertise to assess and determine overall HSE risk related to business activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• Relevant experience required
• Good command in English and Thai
• Able to work independently
